History
In 2000, the website oCanada.ca went live, with little fanfare. Over time, it became a popular destination website for Canadians, Canadians living abroad, and visitors to Canada.
After numerous changes over the years, spinning off a Canadian News website, a Canadian Shopping website, and a Canadian Gardening site, we determined that it was time for a new look, a new approach, and a new name.
We love the name Your Canada, because we feel Canada is just that – it’s yours! Whether you live here, or visit here, it’s yours to explore, it’s yours to love, and it’s yours to enjoy.
The new website has even more features than oCanada.ca, including the launch of Canada’s Social Network, Facebook and Twitter integration, regular articles, and much more.
We hope you enjoy the new Canadian portal as much as we will enjoy bringing it to you over the years to come.
